Non-Disclosure Agreement: I understand that by attending a Continuing Education Event (CEU) at The Eastern School of Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine (ESATM), I will have access to their facility at 440 Franklin St., Bloomfield, NJ 07003.  This access may result in interactions with students and faculty who attend or are employed by ESATM.  I understand that any discussions or experiences I may encounter during my CEU attendance that are not directly related to the CEU itself are considered the intellectual property of ESATM and cannot be disclosed outside of the campus at 440 Franklin St., Bloomfield, NJ 07003.  This includes, but is not limited to: sharing ESATM’s intellectual property with other acupuncture schools, faculty, employees, and students.  Violation of this policy will result in a permanent ban from attending future CEU’s at this property.
