Dr. Deb’s goal would be to have an acupuncturist at every Labor & Delivery in hospitals around the world.
Program Description
IN-PERSON-ONLY
This comprehensive 8-hour CEU class is designed to equip licensed acupuncturists with the knowledge and skills to confidently support pregnant women through every stage of the perinatal period. Delving into the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and modern clinical insights, this course will explore safe and effective acupuncture techniques to address the unique physiological and emotional changes during pregnancy. Participants will learn how to alleviate common pregnancy-related discomforts, promote optimal fetal positioning, and support labor preparation and postpartum recovery. This hands-on course will empower practitioners to elevate their practice and provide transformative care to pregnant women, ensuring safe and effective outcomes.
Current practitioners will receive seven (7) continuing education units (PDA points) per day for completion of the class. A CEU certificate of completion will be given at the end of the CEU. Attendees must attend the class in its entirety and review the prerecorded videos to receive the certificate.
