Sherlley was born and raised in New Jersey, where she developed a strong foundation of hard work, creativity, and cultural pride. Her early years were marked by accomplishments in the arts
and athletics, setting the tone for a life driven by passion and determination.

She began her educational journey at Franklin Elementary School and later graduated from Kearny High School, earning recognition for excellence in athletics and student leadership. In
2014, she received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing from Bloomfield College, where she was honored for her contributions to work-study programs and
campus involvement.

Professionally, she brings a dynamic blend of business acumen, artistic vision, and hands-on enthusiasm. Her strengths lie in marketing strategy, team collaboration, and customer engagement, always guided by an entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to “dream big or go
home.”

Rooted in a rich multicultural heritage—Peruvian, Uruguayan, and Italian—she approaches both
life and work with a uniquely global perspective. A car enthusiast who lights up at auto shows,
she also finds joy in soccer, football, baking, and fashion (especially pastel pink and leopard
print). Whether she’s creating, connecting, or leading, she infuses every project with purpose an
energy.
