Program Description
IN-PERSON ONLY
Join Mark R. Reinhart as he presents his unique approach to awakening and restoring optimal neurological function. These practices can enhance your daily activities and deepen you meditation practice.
As children, we spent our days playing, running, engaging in all sorts of activities and adventures that entailed using all aspects of our bodies. But as we age, we tend to engage in far fewer activities and therefore many of our abilities begin to diminish. This can result in many of our neurological connections to, in effect, become stale. It’s not that we can’t perform these tasks, it’s that our bodies have simply forgotten how to perform them.
