The purpose of the ESATM Alumni Association is to honor the goals and mission statement of the College and to bring our alumni together to cultivate and inspire the greater community.

Benefits

The ESATM Alumni Association is open to all graduates of the Eastern School of Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine. Membership is free, requiring only registration and participation in supporting the school and fellow alumni.

Providing feedback to the Acupuncture Board on policy issues and expanding the scope of acupuncture practice in New Jersey.
Conducting research with the school to enhance professional credibility.
Assisting in developing CEU classes and workshops.

Beverly Alkow DACM completed her Doctorate of Chinese Medicine at Pacific College of Health and Science in New York City. She is licensed by the states of New Jersey,New York, and Florida. She is Nationally Board Certified by the NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine) as both an Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist. Before studying acupuncture she studied at New York University, and obtained a M.S. from Syracuse University. She has been trained in the fundamentals of Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology and Oriental Medicine. She also has a working knowledge of the three different types of acupuncture modalities (TCM, Japanese, and Five Element), giving her an in-depth skill set to work with.
